President of University of Karachi Alumni Association Mr. Azim Akhtar's brother passed away recently. Mohammad Azhar Akhtar. He had been in poor health for a long time and often times in serious condition. The Akhtar family is deeply saddened by this loss. Pakistan Chronicle would like to offer their deepest sympathies to them.
