KARACHI: Shahid Afridi said that he is receiving reports saying he may be made captain of the national cricket team and he has decided to play Test matches in the best interest of the Pakistan team.

Talking with Geo News, Shahid Afridi said that he wants to benefit his team during the tour of England from his experience.

He said that he has informed team manager Yawar Saeed about his decisiosn of playing Test matches.
